Drenched is a dance film embodied exploration of what it means to be a fully feeling human in a deeply repressed society. May our collective un-numbing tear down the systems that keep us separate.
About the Wilder Project
Critically acclaimed filmmaking duo Holly and Duncan Wilder are New York City-based Wilder Project. Named by Dance Magazine as one of “nine screendance artists you should know about,” they are siblings who set the body and camera into motion to explore the relationship between our inner and outer landscapes. Their 22 dance films have screened at over 70 film festivals on 5 continents winning 13 awards. With Holly as director/choreographer and Duncan behind the camera, their collaboration has spanned over 10 years. Screenings including the acclaimed Dance Camera West, San Francisco Dance Film Festival and American Dance Festival’s Movies By Movers and venues like the Museum of the Moving Image in NYC and the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston. Their most screened film, “The Field,” is an official selection of 26 film festivals. They have made music videos for artists such as Jennah Bell, Jean Rohe, and Luis Gamarra.
