About Raymond

Raymond Pinto is an artist and choreographer whose practice moves across dance, performance, film, sound, and visual media. His work often emerges through improvisation and attends closely to the body as a site of listening, memory, and transformation. While his practice has largely centered on solo performance, he is currently working toward choreographing for larger ensembles and expanded collective forms. Raymond holds a BFA in Dance from The Juilliard School and an MA in Performance Studies from New York University.
