About I’m Gonna Be (2025)

I'm Gonna Be is a duet work from Andrews Movement's Tiny Dances Collection. A collection centered around shining light on social and political inequities, and disrupting gender norms. The work explores a feminist narrative around female identifying people within the STEM industry, and what systemic challenges occur within.

About Haley Andrews

Haley Andrews (she/her) is a queer dancer, choreographer, and educator from South Shore, Massachusetts. Her creative process challenges traditional hierarchies found in concert dance by facilitating a choreographic methodology rooted in ethical practices and empathy. Haley’s choreography has been showcased globally, and is recognizable for her use of pedestrian aesthetics and rhythm.

Most recently, Haley’s choreography was showcased at Art Exhibition “America Unfinished?!” - Hosted by Water Fire Arts Center in Providence, RI (2026) and Berlin Dance Film Festival - Hosted by Kino Moviemento in Berlin, Germany (2026). When she’s not creating, she’s teaching. Haley is currently on staff at Roger Williams University teaching Contemporary Dance Technique and she teaches advanced contemporary classes across Massachusetts and Rhode Island at a number of universities and dance studios.

Haley just completed a year in London, UK pursing her Masters in Choreography at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance and is actively showcasing work throughout the 2026/2027 season. Haley Andrews is a passionate arts advocate who works to instill social and equitable change in the world through her art.
